Have you ever had an existential crisis?
I mean that whatever your hopes and dreams were – they seem to be shattered, or whatever person you trusted has failed you, or that your health is no longer what it was, and the future looks bleak?Or even worse: You learned that you don’t measure up to your own standards, and likely never will.If that is you, here’s an idea you might consider. Every year about this time, millions of people flock to churches to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection. At the core of this celebration is the answer to the question, “Who is Jesus?” What if you changed that question just a little to ask, “Who am I, in Jesus?”What if your stability, peace, and fulfillment were not built on your own ability or merit, but upon the one who is able to do immeasurably more than we can imagine – the one who is restoring you into the image of the God who loves you?
